This study was undertaken to analyze gender differences in academic performance of NCE / Science students of Umar Ibn Ibrahim El-Kanemi College of Education Science and Technology, Bama. Eight hundred students who registered for Biology, Chemistry and Physics courses were sampled. Out of this number, five hundred and seventeen were males and two hundred and ninety-four were females. Three hypotheses were tested using 1 test of an independent sample. The result obtained revealed that there was no gender difference in the performance of the students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Based on the results obtained conclusion was drawn and recommendations made.
